Yes, that’s right, our rate starts from the time that we pull up at your house, ends when we finish unloading at your destination and then the time for our truck to return to your original location.

A Sample Move: Bob moves from Brunswick to Eltham
- Bob is moving from Brunswick to Eltham.
He books the truck to start the move at Brunswick.
The truck and men arrive at 9am sharp. The move takes 3 hours at Brunswick, it takes the truck 1/2 hour to drive to Eltham and then a further 3 hours to unpack.
- Bob is charged 6.5 hours for the move plus 1/2 hour for the truck to drive back
to Brunswick, our starting point, so 7 hours in total.
Payment Terms
Because of the nature of moving, we regret that you cannot pay for your move in advance. One of our friendly team will calculate the total of your move at the completion of your move and you can pay in the following ways.
- Credit card – VISA and Mastercard. (2% surcharge)
- Cash
- Bank Transfer
All prices include GST. Payment is required in full at the completion of your move.
It is what we like to call Door to Door service, rather than Depot to Depot service which most other removalists will charge you.
